Bread Maker Rye Bread

8-9 oz water
1 t. salt
1 T. veg. oil
1 & 1/2 T. honey
1/2 t. white vinegar
2 c. bread flour
1 c. rye flour
1 & 1/2 T. powdered buttermilk
1 T. caraway seeds
1 & 1/2 t. vital wheat gluten
1 & 3/4 t. active dry yeast

add in order given. put yeast in a well made in dry ingredients. select basic or french setting. or use dough setting. put in bread loaf pan and let rise until double in size. bake 350 for 30 minutes.
