Rhubarb-Strawberry Crisp

5 cups diced rhubarb
3 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup white sugar

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup granola
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 sticks (1 cup) butter

1 egg, beaten

Mix first three ingredients and pour into 9x13 baking dish.
Mix next 6 ingredients with hands or fork until crumbly. Add egg and mix. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake for 45 min. at 350.
